HELLO EVERYONE!
HERE IS THE DEAL- I HAVE SET UP A CALENDAR FOR EILEEN, REFLECTING A 3 MONTH SCHEDULE [WE WILL UPDATE THE NEEDS AS WE PROGRESS THROUGH THE QUARTERS]. THERE ARE SEVERAL EVENTS ALREADY ON THE BOOKS.
FOR EXAMPLE, A MEAL SCHEDULE- RIGHT NOW I HAVE IT EVERY 2 DAYS, WE MAY SEE THAT IT'S TOO MUCH, SO WE WILL BE FLEXIBLE,
A WEEKLY MANAGER OF SORTS- THIS PERSON WILL BE THE CONTACT 'GO TO' PERSON FOR THE WEEK- WHAT EVER NEEDS TO BE DONE CAN BE COORDINATED THROUGH YOU, YOUR PHONE NUMBER WILL BE GIVEN OUT ON THE SITE FOR A CONTACT.
AND AN EVERY OTHER WEEK CLEANING- 2-3 HOURS FOR GENERAL CLEANING TO KEEP EILEEN'S ENVIRONMENT FRESH AND POSITIVE.
