A Financial Assistance Fund
A fund has been established to help defray the expenses associated with the medical expenses and long term care. Eileen was on staff at North Point Community Church for five years and both she and Jason have served the Lord diligently.
Please help them with these insurmountable expenses.

HELLO EVERYONE!
HERE IS THE DEAL- I HAVE SET UP A CALENDAR FOR EILEEN, REFLECTING A 3 MONTH SCHEDULE [WE WILL UPDATE THE NEEDS AS WE PROGRESS THROUGH THE QUARTERS]. THERE ARE SEVERAL EVENTS ALREADY ON THE BOOKS.
FOR EXAMPLE, A MEAL SCHEDULE- RIGHT NOW I HAVE IT EVERY 2 DAYS, WE MAY SEE THAT IT'S TOO MUCH, SO WE WILL BE FLEXIBLE,
A WEEKLY MANAGER OF SORTS- THIS PERSON WILL BE THE CONTACT 'GO TO' PERSON FOR THE WEEK- WHAT EVER NEEDS TO BE DONE CAN BE COORDINATED THROUGH YOU, YOUR PHONE NUMBER WILL BE GIVEN OUT ON THE SITE FOR A CONTACT.
AND AN EVERY OTHER WEEK CLEANING- 2-3 HOURS FOR GENERAL CLEANING TO KEEP EILEEN'S ENVIRONMENT FRESH AND POSITIVE.

PLEASE SIGN UP FOR THE WEB SITE, I WILL APPROVE YOU AND THEN YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE EVENTS. I WOULD ASK THAT WHEN YOU SIGN UP, PLEASE BE MINDFUL IF SOMETHING COMES UP AND LET ME KNOW SO WE CAN GET COVERAGE. IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS, LET ME KNOW. THANKS AGAIN!

HOME COMING

MAY 2009 Events:

Eileen is scheduled to come home May 20th, 2009!
We will be at the Tamblyn home Saturday May 18th for a spring clean fling, please contact me if you are interested and can join the crew.

We will also be organizing dinner drop offs - you cooks out there, this is your time to shine!
